Standard Return Policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase and understand it can take a few days to a few weeks to know if your new items will work for you. We encourage you to make a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your item.
Products must be returned in new or unused condition, with all original product inserts and accessories.
Shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer in cases of buyer's remorse returns, such as an item didn't fit, didn't like the color, changed your mind, ordered by mistake, bought it somewhere else, etc.
We will refund the cost of the shipping charges if the return is a result of our error or defective product.
How to Return an Item
We accept returns for a refund within 30 days of receiving your item. Please log in your account and apply for a return in My Orders. Or, you can contact our Customer Service via Email citing the order number and reasons (attaching photos if necessary). Our customer service will be happy to assist with your return.
Defective Product and Returns Due to Our Error
If there are mistakes with your order, or products arrive defective/damaged at the time of receipt, we’ll make it right by:
Sending you replacement parts or accessories
Replacing the product or issuing a refund
Covering the cost of any return shipping
*If the product is not defective, return shipping fees will apply.
Holiday Return Policy
We are dedicated to helping you create the most festive and cozy home this holiday season. We want to make sure that your holiday online shopping experience is safe and convenient, so we've extended our return policy through the holiday season.
The Holiday Return Policy for 2021 requires that most of the items purchased between October 1, 2021, and December 31, 2021, be eligible for return through January 31, 2022.
For orders placed before xxx, 2021, our Standard Return Policy applies.
